JCP-T2 ? Pickup Tone Multiplier for 2-pickup coil instruments
This is an assembled and tested black acrylic Jazz Bass control plate for a 2-pickup coil instrument. It contains our revolutionary Patented Pickup Tone MultiplierTM Switching System. This is a drop-in product that has everything you need to install into your 2-pickup coil right-hand or left-hand Jazz Bass or similar instrument.
This control plate is populated with our VT-1 stacked Volume/Tone control (wired for right-hand use). It provides you with 3 switches. Two of them turn each of your 2-pickup coils on and off (both in normal phase and reverse phase) and the other switch is designed to put your pickup coils into either a series or parallel circuit configuration. This product is a solder-free installation.
After you install this simple High-Performance Hyper-ModTM product into your 2-pickup coil instrument, it will give you 100 percent more pickup tones ? a total of 6 Pure Analog pickup tones. Depending on the pickups you are using, you may even find that your Jazz Bass will sound like an upright slap jazz bass.
Note: This product can be used with Carvin SB Series Basses.
