In a nutshell, the Marshall all-valve, 2-channel JVM210H 100-Watt tube head is a 2-channel version of the most versatile Marshall amplifier ever made. The TSL122 features the same amplifier section as the TSL100 in a 2x12'' combo format. To maximise its already superior sonic powers it has been fitted with two different 12'' speaker types - a Marshall/Celestion Vintage and a Marshall/Celestion Heritage. By combining the unique characteristics of this pairing, optimum tone and performance is ensured.
A 2x12'' extension cabinet for the TSL122, the TSLC212, is also available. This 16 Ohm cabinet features the exact same speaker combination to make it the perfect match for the combo, both sonically and visually.

The Lightnings interactive tone controls influence each other in a very dynamic way and pull each others range and reach up and down. Actual tonal possibilities are very extensive and it produces loud output volumes not normally associated with a 15 watt rating.
The Pro-grade single channel preamp with its interactive tone controls is coupled to a serious dual-EL84 power section with a tube rectifier and can attain an excellent array of complex tones. The 100-watt Diezel VH4 features four independent channels, each with its own Gain, Volume, Treble, Mid, and Bass controls. You can set the tone of each channel exactly the way you like it. The VH4 also features six effects loops: an individual loop for each channel that is programmable, a master parallel loop with a mix level control, and a master serial loop which is also programmable.
The Clean channel is one of the best in the industry, with plenty power and lots of percussive, piano like punch. The Crunch channel is very pleasing for bluesy play or with less gain to resemble a vintage clean tone. Crank the gain up and it becomes a nice broad and open crunch a'la AC/DC. The third channel (Heavy) is simply unbelievable. It has big dynamic ranges, from playful little licks, tasty solo work, to all out metal gain. The tone will not lose definition. Even at high gain selections, with humbuckers, it speaks straight from the artist's fingers. It cleans up with guitar volume rolled off, and then comes on like a freight train when needed. Channel 4 starts where 3 leaves off. If gain is your thing, then channel 4 is sure to please you.
