We've taken the old version and added an all valve booster. It's still controled by the footswitch. We've added a master volume so you can take advantage of great sounding preamp gain, or use the attenuator to run the master flat out and get power valve overdrive at sensible levels. It has finally arrived - Dr.Z's first 6L6 offering! The Galaxie is a channel switching (via footswitch) amp that combines classic tweed clean tones and smooth modern drive sounds. The clean channel nails the sweet swirling sound of classic tweed amps that have become the foundation of electric guitar tone. The drive channel is the result of Dr Z's 20 years of design experience. You'll find it has excellent sustain and a rich open sound with plenty of gain on tap for today's needs. The output transformer is made by the venerable Triad company and is to the original spec found in classic tweed amps like the Super, Pro, and low powered Twin. Great care was taken to accurately reproduce this transformer. Dr Z is very excited to use the Triad transformer in this design. The preamp consists of three 12AX7s coupled to a dual 6L6 output section and rectified by a 5U4. The Galaxie features a pentode/triode switch on the rear of the amp. This will enable 40 watts in pentode setting and 30 watts in triode. The sweet big bottled sounds of the Galaxie are at your command. The Galaxie is set to explore!

This is rig is anything a beginner can ask for. Pristine clean tones, brutal distortion and anything in between. I have bought them brand new 6 years ago (still have the receipt if you like to see it) and they are both in MINT condition. Since I moved on to a bigger rig this one is on sale. They will both come in their original boxes. I don't remember if MG10CD come with a manual but I can print one for you if you like. It is extremely easy to use though. RP80 comes with a power supply and user's manual. You can also use it's power adapter with other pedals you might have. RP80 is missing 2 of the buttons but you can use a pen or a toothpick to perform their tasks. RP80 has a tuner that would often come very handy and a drum machine which is very fun to jam with. I will also provide you a list of all my settings/patches (both digital and hard copy) with the RP80 which I have perfected over the years. If you like to buy together $100 and if you like to buy them individually they would cost you $55 each. Shipping rates are not included as it will depend on your location if you like them shipped.
