The Tech 21 XXL Guitar Edition Overdrive Stomp Box lets you achieve a variety of results within the same setting depending on the manner and force of your pick attack with the Warp control. The median Warp point produces traditional distortion ideal for chords and rhythm parts, while the extreme settings work well with individual notes, making them smoother, fatter, thicker, and juicier. Medium settings produce an overdrive similar to a Class A tube amp. The Warp control works by manipulating the structure and balance of odd and even harmonics and influencing their relativity to the dynamics of your instrument and your playing style.
