The Multiac Grand Concert Duet Ambiance nylon-string acoustic-electric guitar features state of the art custom electronics by Fishman, allowing the player to select between 4 individual mic settings. Choose between these blendable sound imaging mics via the 4-way selector switch. Similarly to other Multiac Grand Concert models, the Godin guitar's design unites a larger body with a Solid Cedar top and a neck that joins the body at the twelfth fret. The 2" width at the nut is slightly larger than the standard Multiac and more typical of the classical tradition. The result is an impressive guitar for classical players that require amplified sound. The Multiac Duet acoustic-electric guitar is equipped with a new dual source system comprised of the L.R. BaggsTM I-Beam transducer, blended with an under-saddle transducer. The I-Beam is a directionally sensitive body pickup, which is attached to the inside of the guitar top. The I-Beam produces superior dynamic response and frequency range. The I-Beam signal is routed through a specially designed preamp where it is mixed with the signal from the under-saddle transducer. The Multiac I-Beam Duet equipped instruments include a 1/4" output along with a balanced XLR output that is capable of retrieving phantom power for the guitar preamp. All of the Multiac Duet nylon-string guitars include a very flexible and sophisticated output section. The 1/4" (standard) output will work with a regular guitar cord. The balanced XLR output provides a truly professional connection and goes a step further by bringing phantom power from the mixing board to power the guitars preamp and eliminating the need for the battery. more information »

Whether you're keeping yourself company on the couch, composing your next open mic hit, recording or playing live on stage avoiding feedback the Gadotti King is sure to become your favorite new musical companion. These fine quality instruments are all hand-crafted by Brazilian artist and Master Luthier Jeanfranco Gadotti (pron: Gadd-ah-chi). Construction is all high quality tonewoods, 4 ply deep and 7 wide with a neck through body. This guitar has a Cocobolo top and Curly Maple back. The guitar also has thin Walnut strips as an accent and the fretboard is Curly Maple. The binding on the fretboard and the carved curly maple bridge is Walnut. The pickup system is LR Baggs Element Active saddle pickup. Hollow chambers provide for a surprisingly loud and resonant acoustic tone for a small, solidbody-style instrument but this baby is superbly resistant to feeding back so it's a fantastic stage guitar too. Nut width is 1&11/16 more information »

The Parkwood PW310M Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar has a solid spruce top, and solid back and sides. Braces are hand scalloped and cosmetic appointments are elegant. The PM310M is finished in an ultra thin "open pore" finish that lets the sound come through loud and clear.Whether you've been playing for years, or are looking to upgrade to your first high quality guitar, Parkwood is your only choice for solid woods, expert build, exceptional playability and real tone at an extraordinary price. Open Pore Finish This finish is applied in several layers that allow the open pores of the wood to be felt and to also allow the wood to breathe and vibrate at its best. You can actually feel the wood grain, like it was a raw unfinished piece of wood. The tone of an open pore finish is loud, alive and natural.Top - Sitka Spruce (Picea sitchensis) Sitka Spruce comes from the Pacific northwest and today is the most commonly used wood for guitar tops. Sitka is a bit stronger and stiffer than other spruces. Its strength and toughness make it well suited for steel string guitars. Back & Sides - Mahogany (Khaya ivorensis) Mahogany is softer and lighter than Rosewood. Generally, Mahogany is warmer and has more low end, providing a strong, thumping bass with an emphasis on clear, bright, airy, trebles. It's also used for bracing, binding, end blocks, heel blocks and necks more information »
