Like Martin Taylor plays. Only one for sale.
These are so rare there are none other for sale. Hand made in Scotland in 1990! This is a sweet lass! Martin Taylor has made Vanden's Jazz guitars famous. But a new Vanden will set you back 7,000 to 12,000 pounds!!! $10k-$15k and rightly so.
This guitar is a little more plain but absolutely beautiful with fabulous patyine. These photos came when I bought it- I can provide much nicer ones. You see the single coil/humbucker combo, but to copy Vanden's awesome Mimesis system, I had a Fishman piezo custom installed in the bridge (cost $450). The combined stereo is breathtaking tone. The playability is also superb. This old girl just has a very sweet and articulate voice. Really meant for a much better Jazz guitarist than me. Check out WWW.Vanden.co.uk
