Book II -- more transcribed Wes Montgomery solos, published in 2000. We have both volume 1 and volume 2 in stock now! Another excellent professional quality resource for continued study of the master's style. Volume 2, with nice spiral binding, contains the following transcribed solos: Billies Bounce, Bock to Bock, Delilah (Take 4), Doujie, Freddied the Freeloader, Fried Pies (Take 1), Lolita, Monterey Blues (D Natural Blues), SKJ, and WIllow Weep for Me. Solos are captured in their entirety, notes to octaves to chords. There is an analysis of each solo which illustrates the favored licks and devices used by Wes. This is a great way to study his vocabulary and incorporate much of his concept into your own playing. Technical level and reading skill are in the medium difficulty range. NO TAB.
