This is another of Warrior's new Mark Alson F-Hole series guitars in gorgeous Flamed Koa this time. The top is sculpted Flamed Koa over a chambered Mahogany body with a classically carved F-Hole in the top that adds tremendously to the acoustic properties of this instrument. The carved Koa top is almost half an inch thick in places giving the guitar tons of sutain while the acoustic properties of the F-Hole add a whole new dimension to its overall sound.
Strummed acoustically this isntrument has a loud bell like ringing tone that is unmistakable, but plugged in it transforms into an instrument of infinite sustain and Tonal varieties. The Flamed Koa top comes with matching Koa pickup surrounds with Abalone accents topped with muilticolored solid Mother of Pearl pickup covers. The control knobs are of matching Flamed Koa as well.
The Mahogany and Purple heart neck has an Ebony fretboard with Block inlays of matching Flamed Koa and Mother of Pearl. The 12th fret is adorned with a Pearl Sword inlay. The headstock is laminated in matching Ebony with a Mother of Pearl Warrior Logo and Gold and Black Sperzel locking tuners. The guitar also comes with an LR Baggs Piezo acoustic bridge and stereo outputs that allow you to switch between pure electric tones to warm acoustic tones effortlessly.
