NUC21347 The Aero Uke was originally built by the Harmony Co. to commemorate Lindbergh's 1927 transatlantic flight. This fine replica from the hands of master luthier Marc Schoenberger captures the fanciful look of the original but is greatly improved in tone, playability and workmanship. Each of Marc’ s ukes is hand crafted and the tops are “tap†tuned to give his instruments a loud an balanced voice. The Aero Uke is made with one piece mahogany body, a mahogany neck and a spruce top. The prop is hand turned from Brazilian mahogany and the propellors are turned from teak. The fingerboard and tail fin are made from rosewood. Each of these special instruments is signed and dated by the artist. A cast bronze landing gear stand is available for an additional charge. more information »
