We usually use PRIORITY MAIL, EXPRESS MAIL, FEDEX AIR and FEDEX GROUND. We don't ship SURFACE MAIL. FEDEX AIR is our shipper of choice for guaranteed delivery dates in the USA and secure shipment worldwide. When a guaranteed delivery date is not essential, then FEDEX GROUND or PRIORITY MAIL are good choices in the USA. FEDEX GROUND is the best choice for domestic shipment of heavy, bulky items. No matter how we send 'em, shipments are carefully packed and Insured against loss and damage. OUR MINIMUM SHIPPING CHARGE IS $10.00 IN THE USA, $25.00 TO CANADA AND $35.00 FOR ALL ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE OF THE USA/CANADA; NO EXCEPTIONS! NO returns allowed of resistors, capacitors, wire, tube sockets, guitar parts, amplifier parts, transformers, used tubes, printed matter, "AS IS" items or any other merchandise specifically described on our web site catalog pages as non-returnable. If you're a nervous, indecisive shopper who frequently returns things, please don't place an order with us. All new and N.O.S. tubes are guaranteed against failure only for thirty days from shipping date. We do not guarantee our tubes against electrical or mechanical abuse, breakage, microphonicity, "noise", failure to meet testing/matching standards on any equipment other than our own, 'lack of a happy springtime sound' or other audionut criteria, anxiety provoking 'blue glow' sightings or any other conditions we decide are outside the scope of our limited warranty. We offer replacement or refund, our choice, if a tube fails in normal service excluding abuse. |
