Guitar Oasis Has been in business since 1988. We started out part time as Dynamic Sound in Waterbury CT. and changed our name to Guitar Oasis in 1992 when we moved to California. We had a retail store in Huntington Beach CA. for 5 years. |

Our standard domestic method for shipping is Airborne Express Ground. All shipments are sent insured. For international shipments we use the US.Post Office for small parcels only. For larger international shipment we use air freight and always shop your shipment for the lowest price. All shipments are sent door to door prepaid. Sorry no CODs. We have been shipping gear world wide for over 13 years and always pack your gear professionally so it arrives safely! |

We aim to please and get very few returns! All of our gear has a 7 day return policy with a 7% restock fee. If you return something and use the credit to purchase another product from us then there is no restock fee. All gear has to be returned in the same condition as recived ,repacked in the original box and packing material, in the same manner as you recived it in and shipped fully insured. |
