All sales are final. Any problems must be reported within 72 hours of purchase. Returned product MUST be in exact same condition as shipped. This is per GuitarX standards, no one else's. This means no damage whatsoever to the product and all boxing, manuals, and other paperwork must be included. Otherwise refund will be pro-rated or denied entirely.
Buyer pays for all shipping fees incurred in transaction. Returns are subject to at least a 5% re-stocking fee. The actual re-stocking fee is completely at the discretion of GuitarX
