We use US PRIORITY MAIL for shipping pedals in the USA, or sometimes UPS ground for online orders in the northeast. Brooklyn NY post office WILL lose or steal your package, so if you live in Brooklyn we will have to use UPS, please remind us on your order. Priority mail is about $10 for a small pedal. This takes 2-3 days. We don't charge any extra for Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. We use normal air mail for parts. For Canada and Overseas, we prefer Express Air Mail which is insured, safe, and VERY fast, just a few days to Europe. It is about $30 for a small pedal or $20 to Canada. Please put your phone # in the order's MESSAGE area for non USA orders. Tracking for express and priority mail is online at usps.com. The easiest way to track is to enter your tracking# into google.com. |

Return Policy
48 hour approval on all items except amps - if you don't like it, send it back. But email us before returning it for info on how to return it. No "restocking fees" but shipping & handling charges are nonrefundable. Please be sure you really want something before ordering, and have enough money for it, as returns are very costly for us. PLEASE email me for detailed return info before sending anything back.
