The customer is required to pay all return freight charges except in an instance of product damage due to shipping. A refund OR EXCHANGE may be issued only AFTER the product(s) are returned with all original contents, PACKING MATERIALS and in the same condition as at the time of purchase from the originating MUSIC GO ROUND store only. |
