Commissioned Instruments:
Custom Guitar Boutique offers a 3-5 day trial period on all custom instruments.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may simply return the instrument within the allotted time period in original condition, minus shipping.
Upon receipt of the guitar in the same condition, the purchase price will be credited to you and will be refunded (minus deposit) upon sale to another customer.
You must notify us within the allotted time frame that you are returning the instrument.
Returns without notice will be refused.
Non-Commissioned Instruments:
All Non-Commissioned instruments (ready to ship or pre-owned) will be given the same trial period of 3-5 days. If you are not satisfied, simply notify us and return the instrument in the same condition for a full refund. Shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds will be given in the same payment form received.
