I have worked in this store for over 12 years now. My personal goal is to continue to find the right piece of gear for every customer. By finding the right piece for my customers, I develop long lasting and trusting relationships. I had never been in retail before working here and learned from every deal that I had made as a customer and have applied it to how I sell. I have taken what I learned and I treat you the customer as I like to be treated, fairly and honestly. |

Our store opened on October 22 1998 and I am a member of the grand opening crew. We started selling online in March of 2004 and have since sold well over 1000 pieces of gear online. |

We accept our Guitar Center card, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express as well as wire transfers. Credit card purchases must ship to the billing address of the credit card. If there is a Guitar Center in the state in which you live you will have to pay your local sales tax. |

I make every effort to accurately describe the condition and originality of every instrument I sell. Should you for any reason decide that an instrument you purchase from me isn't perfect for you, contact me and you can return it, shipping prepaid and in the original packaging, within 72 hours of receipt, and after the gear is confirmed to be in the same condition with all parts as shipped to you we'll apply your purchase price to another instrument, or refund your total purchase price (less any shipping charges). |
