24 hour approval except as noted below. If dissatisfied for any reason (or even no reason), notify Legato Guitars within 24 hours for return authorization. Return shipping and insurance at buyer's cost. Except as noted below, full refund of purchase price, less shipping/handling/insurance/credit card fees, is issued within one business day following receipt of the instrument in same condition and packaging as originally shipped. Used amplifiers, clearance items & layaways are sold as-is, with no return privilege. Return policy for new amplifiers is negotiated on an individual basis. Special orders may be subject to a 10-15% re-stocking fee. |
