Ultra Heavy Aged! I've seen quite a few Heavily Aged Nash's but this one is really has the "Played in a Smokey Blues Bar for 30 Years Straight" kind of vibe. Great tone and sustain as well. Has a nice Buddy Holly / Mark Knopfler clean when backed off and when let loose has a great Blues Rock tone as well that isn't overly cutting or brittle.

Based on Hamer's innovative Talladega model, the Talladega Pro offers long-scale players a humbucking alternative. The "Pro" will feel familiar to players of traditional bolt-on single-coil guitars, yet it supplies classic mahogany and maple, humbucking tones. The Talladega Pro features an ivoroid bound, honduras mahogany body matched to an arched, figured maple top. The ivoroid bound 25 1/2" scale mahogany neck is hand-carved to a '56 V shape and set into the body with a full dovetail (glued) joint. The straight grained rosewood fingerboard is adorned with Hamer's trademark "Victory" inlays and fretted with wide-oval frets. Electronics include two custom wound Seymour Duncan humbucking pickups, with 2 volumes, 2 tones (Sprague Orange Drop Caps) and three way toggle wired in the "period correct" configuration. The single piece aluminum wraparound bridge is by TonePros, as are the vintage Kluson tuners. The Talladega Pro is the ideal Humbucking-equipped single-cut for the bolt-on player who is looking for a wider pallette of tones without losing the feel they're accustomed to. 2008 SC 245 that is in excellent near mint condition. Only a few months old, made in September and has low hours of playing time. Plays like butter, very smooth and natural. There's light swirls on the back in the lacquer, like from a shirt button. Some pick scrapes on the top as well but there are no actual scratches though that go through the clear lacquer finish and into the wood. No dings or dents as well. Really clean overall and any playing wear in only noticed upon extremely close inspection. Professionally Setup prior to being offered for sale.
