Many people do not like the phillips head version that is common now, and have asked for the slotted head version. These RS/PAFs are made for RS by Lindy Fralin, and are exact copies of the real 1960 PAFs found in Roy’s main Les Paul®. There tone is very smooth with a great single coil sting for that P-90 cut through. They do a great job of getting that old Dickey Betts and early Jimmy Page tone. The neck pickup reads 7.4K and the bridge is 8.1K both have unbalanced coils and are unspotted with Alnico IV magnets.
