The B112 produces as much volume as most 2-12" extension cabs. It shares the same speaker as our 4x12 only with a 75-watt power rating. The difference is in the box. The enclosure's joints and speakers are silicone sealed to obtain consistent air volume. This creates an air spring that the speakers respond to with less distortion at high volume levels. Other cabs "Woofing" is caused by distorted low end, which is inevitable for unsealed or open-back cabinets (the speaker travels too far when driven). Consequently, clear mids and clean highs cannot be produced while the speaker is struggling. Basson Sound has solved that problem. 5/8-inch MDF is used for subtle resonant qualities that minimize sound coloration. Available in black or gray mesh.

The enclosure is air sealed with silicone to maintain consistent air volume, creating an air spring to prevent the speaker from excess travel. Our 10-inch bass speakers’ magnets weigh 200 oz. – that’s 13 pounds each. This combined with the enclosure’s depth, 28Hz, results in a very unique tone. The most obvious is the resonant low end, which is sustained effortlessly at 500 watts RMS. The overall sound is very warm, but well articulated. A tweeter switch makes this cabinet very versatile. The 300 watt, 8 Ohm, B15B accentuates the mid-range sweetness of the bass guitar, but still lingers low to drive the bass line. This cabinet is very articulate, and the low end is punchy, yet smooth and balanced. Relative to the sub-bass qualities of our other bass cabinets, the B15B has a “bell” tone that is big on the bottom, but very clear through the mids and highs. Uniquely tasty. Amp choice is not as difficult with this cabinet and should be around 200 watts @ 8 Ohms. Available in black or gray mesh.

The B810B's tone is EXTREMELY aggressive, also rated at 28Hz. This cabinet pounds relentlessly with a meanness that Nikki Sixx describes as "pure evil." It shares some fundamental warm sub-bass sustaining qualities as the B210B and B410B, but has a subtle growl that begs to be pushed at 2,000 watts. This beast blends naturally with heavy guitars, but is still a powerful statement in any musical context. This is the most brutal cab in our line of bass cabinets so the amp choice is critical & must run at 1,500 watts per channel at 4 Ohms minimum. Features 1 1/2-inch wide grab bar & fixed casters. The B410B produces sub-harmonics, also at 28 Hz, uncharacteristic of other 4-10” bass cabs. The speakers it shares with the B210B and B810B gives it a similar uniqueness, but with a slightly more aggressive tone than the B210B. The result is like “warm thunder.” The over-sized, 200oz. magnets on the speakers and 1,000 watts RMS of power keep the cones moving lots of air, increasing sustain and volume with longer wavelengths – the low end. Sound reinforcement for B410B isn’t necessary until one is in a very large venue, such is its tremendous low-end response. This cab is also a power hungry animal and will need an amp rated at 750+ watts at 8 Ohms. Also features a tweeter switch and ball-bearing casters. Available in black or gray mesh.
