Most guitars are '59 Juniors. The production number listed in A.R. Duchossoir's (well, it's actually my copy) Gibson Electrics The Classic Years for 1959 Les Paul Juniors is 4,364. All original except for tone pot and the pickup lead wire (wire only changed...pickup is original). more information »

I loved the sound of this guitar when I sold it 21 years ago. It was in about 9.5 condition at that time. This is one that you can't put down, or at least the guy I sold it to sure couldn't. Most of the wear on this guitar took place since 1985. I'm having a hard time putting it down myself...so will you. I wonder what it will look like in another 20 years? As fine a playing/sounding example of a Telecaster/Esquire type guitar as I have ever played. It weighs 6 lbs 3.4 oz and has a real big neck that is primarily C-shaped with a very slight V inferred. more information »

All original except removed Grovers and extra strap hole...no biggie. The Flying V is the only Gibson model I'm aware of that featured mahogany construction neck in the late '70's. Feather weight and extreamly clean example. more information »
