UBB29651 We hope none of the Banjophiles out there will be offended if we say that this turn-of-the-Century mini Stewart is 'cute'. Despite its cuteness, it is every bit one of the great sounding spunover rim open back five strings that S.S. Stewart is so well known for. The Stewarts all has nicely decorated fingerboards and pegheads, and the beauty of this one truly matches its tone. It is a rare and wonderful thing. With gig bag. more information »

NUC21347 The Aero Uke was originally built by the Harmony Co. to commemorate Lindbergh's 1927 transatlantic flight. This fine replica from the hands of master luthier Marc Schoenberger captures the fanciful look of the original but is greatly improved in tone, playability and workmanship. Each of Marc’ s ukes is hand crafted and the tops are “tap†tuned to give his instruments a loud an balanced voice. The Aero Uke is made with one piece mahogany body, a mahogany neck and a spruce top. The prop is hand turned from Brazilian mahogany and the propellors are turned from teak. The fingerboard and tail fin are made from rosewood. Each of these special instruments is signed and dated by the artist. A cast bronze landing gear stand is available for an additional charge. more information »

NGB29706 Few things in this world have gotten cooler with age than the Stratocaster. Born in the '50s, they became even cooler after years of use (and abuse) on the road—morphing over time to look appealingly battered and feel even better than when they were brand-new. Fender's new maple-fretboard Road Worn '50s Strat delivers that aged look and feel—built to look, sound and feel like it's got more than just a few miles on it, designed with 1950s specs, including a nitrocellulose-lacquer finish, and supercharged with Tex-Mexâ„¢ pickups and 6105 frets. Visit the Fender® Road Wornâ„¢ website for more details! With gig bag. (MSRP $1200) more information »

UBB28108 This is the open back spunover rim classic that Lyon & Healy sold by the hundreds, nay, thousands to parlour banjo players in the early 20th Century. They were originally outfitted with gut strings and produced the sparkling melodies of Messrs. Bach & Mozart and such. A whole lot of them found their way to the Southern Mountain region of the United States where a new possum hide head and some metal strings from the Sears catalog produced the clawhammer tunes danced to by the local inhabitants. Later years of course, along came the great folk revival where college kids from the city studied their Roscoe Holcomb, Buell Kazee and Doc Boggs until it drove their dorm-mates crazy. At the heart of it all, was many an instrument just like this Lyon & Healy Mystic. In the hands of great local players such as Tom Sauber, Dave Swarens, John Wright, Chris Cooper or Phil Boroff, it can produce those same sweet tones. In your hands, it might just become the next "big thing". With gig bag. more information »

UGB27737 WOW! Less than 150 of these pre-BBE ASAT III's were made and when you listen to it and see how it plays you ask yourself why didn't they make more??? Far and away one of the best sounding MFD-laden three pup ASAT's we've heard from this era. Early version with the small Leo Fender signature on the headstock, with a brass nut and replaced gears (done well) with Grovers. This hardtail is full of tone ~ from the saddle lock bridge giving it immense sustain to the bite of the three single coil MFD's ~ you will want this the moment you play it. Black body makes it look more like one of the G&L Broadcasster models ~ crinkle bridge, control plate and neck plate ~ single ply black pickguard with a slight warp (hey it's 21 years old) - and one of those cool super fast playing thin 1980's era George & Leo necks! With non-original hardcase. more information »
