We've added a master volume so you can take advantage of great sounding preamp gain, or use the attenuator to run the master flat out and get power valve overdrive at sensible levels. Two amps in one! The sound of a King Street but just a little more versatile. If you need an amp that's as at home at rehearsal as it is on a gig here it is. The 15w stage is perfect where you want to get power valve overdrive at reasonable volume, the 50w stage can be used when you are looking for maximum clean headroom. All you need to do is hit the corresponding footswitch and the amp does the rest for you. Triode pentode switch drops the power even further to around 8w/25w. Handmade in England.The Major Bypass is a loop switcher which will switch one or more pedals into and out of your signal chain so that non-true bypass pedals (which can still suck tone even when turned off) or a particular group of pedals can be fully bypassed with a single switch. The switches are mechanical types (no relays to fail or FETs to compromise tone) and power is required only for the LED indicator. Construction is truly robust and the indicator makes it easy to see when the unit is in active or bypass mode. Handmade in England. The Neck Adder is a rotary control which will blend in the neck pickup with the bridge pickup, middle pickup and bridge/middle pickups on strat type guitars. This gives you the missing pickup combinations on strat type guitars, ie neck + bridge and all three pickups together. Using the neck and bridge pickups together gives a sound similar to a telecaster, and using all three pickups together gives a bigger sound than is normally available on a strat. However, since the Neck Adder is a rotary control and not a switch, as much or as little of the neck pickup sound can be added to the other pickups as is required. The effect of adding a small amount of the neck pickup to the bridge pickup, for example, is that the sound has a little more warmth and fullness - perfect for taming slightly shrill bridge pickups. Handmade in England.The F1 Booster is a clean boost pedal which has greater flexibility than simple boosters or treble boosters. Built to the same high standards as all Rothwell pedals - with top quality components, meticulous circuit design and hand polished and engraved cases - this pedal allows you to fine tune the sound with a tone control and a mid contour switch. The mid contour gives a scooped mid range when set to the down position (10dB cut at 550Hz) and a very gentle boost (4dB at 700Hz) when set to the up position. In both cases the eq is based on simple passive circuitry very similar to that found in vintage amps.
