1964 Gibson ES-335, serial number 711XX, in beautiful Cherry finish with original Lifton/Gibson hardshell case, case keys, and instruction paperwork from Gibson, as well as a vintage 'curly' guitar cable in RED! This is a beauty. This 64 335 purchased from just the second owner, and looks it - the original owner had it until just a few years ago! Overall condition of this 335 is excellent plus. This 335 features a FACTORY 'Custom Made' badge that covers the stoptail holes, so this can easily be converted to a stoptail 335. Original nickel hardware looks wonderful There is very minor finish checking, some very small dings and scratches, a good bit of honest playwear to the back of the neck - but otherwise, this old 335 is absolutely bone stock and original. Really cool that the original paperwork and case key was still in the case! All electronics and both Gibson patent # sticker pickups are original and sound wonderful. Warm and clear. This is a beautiful 335 for the collection, certainly, but this a great player too. Really comfortable round neck profile, and the worn areas on the back of the neck feel great too - nothing but mahogany! more information ยป
