Classic Design:

Short-scale Design:

The Boulder Creek ECR1-B Solitaire Series cutaway dreadnought acoustic guitar with Black finish was designed with the unique top port for the player to better hear the instrument, but the lack of a front sound hole serendipitously resulted in an amazing front sound projection- since the soundboard increased in size and produced more treble, midrange, and overall volume while the sound port on the top of the guitar produced and enhanced the omni-directional low range frequencies. Solitaire models feature a solid spruce top with solid mahogany back and laminated mahogany back and sides. Boulder Creek guitars are specifically made with solid tops and backs for optimum tone and with laminated sides for additional strength and durability. The standard factory specs of Boulder Creek guitars emphasize a smooth low string action for enhanced playability with dovetail neck joints for optimum sustain and tone. Die-cast tuning machine heads have an 18:1 gear ratio for accurate tuning, and all models feature a 25 5/8" scale and a nut width of 1 11/16". All Boulder Creek Acoustic Electric Models are equipped with the new AB4-T Active Balanced Acoustic System with on-board tuner. The specially designed cable-type saddle transducer reduces the "clunk" that is inherent in traditional piezo pickup systems. The AB4-T System also feature both balanced and unbalanced outputs for maximum signal and noise reduction in both stage and studio applications. The patent-pending "SBS" Suspended Bracing System is featured on all Boulder Creek Solitaire Series guitars. This innovative system allows the top to vibrate more freely than conventional X-Type braces and delivers a the tone, sustain, and balance only provided by top line instruments.

In the playfully diminutive form of a vintage tabletop radio, the Pawn Shop Special Greta model is quite possibly the most unusual Fender tube amp ever. In fact, nobody would blame you if you saw a Greta and, not yet realizing its true identity, tried to tune in the local weather on it. But an amp is exactly what it is?a two-watt tabletop beauty with a 4? Special Design speaker, old-school VU meter with ?clean to overload? indicator display and simple volume and tone controls. Its charmingly vintage-style enclosure has front and rear wood panels finished in bright red, gold-finished metal top and sides for increased shielding, ?Greta? script badge on the front panel and tabletop feet. Under the hood and on the back panel, the Greta features a single 12AT7 output tube and 12AX7 preamp tube, with a 1/4? instrument jack and 1/4? line out jack (for preamp use with another amplifier). The Z Air Brake has two major applications. One is for stage use, the other is for studio or home use.
For stage use, the Z Air Brake is a useful tool to limit your overall dB level at any time during a performance. Example: the beginning of the night (when the club isn't full) click the Air Brake to a level of attenuation to allow for smooth tone at a lower volume level. As the night progresses, reach back and remove degrees of attenuation until the desired level is reached. This will allow you to manage your amp's overall volume without varying from your amp's favorite settings.
At home, the Air Brake is useful for lower volume while still allowing for full output tube distortion. The Air Brake has a "bedroom" level control that, when selected, will allow for fine adjustment and maximum attenuation down to 1 watt (with amps less than 100 watts.)
