This unique and collectible instrument was immortalized in the televised concert, "Black & White Nights" (1987). Gibson engineers inspected two black ES-335's that Roy used during this period and in consultation with Roy's wife Barbara, incorporated the specifications to develop this one-of-a-kind guitar.
