An affordable D-Style amp inspired by the late 90's HRM. The ODS circuit with pre and post OD tone stacks provide complete control of the amp's overdrive tone. We broke the price barrier but we didn't scrimp on components. The VVT X-Models come with Mercury Magnetics transformers and PS series tone and coupling caps. This versatile design has a very nice clean channel with 3 band EQ and footswitchable preamp boost. Switching to the OD Channel serves up rich thick organic tone. The gain and volume controls provide a wide range of OD tones at various volume levels. The X-22 is powered by 6V6s, is packaged in a 12" X 10" X 8" pine cabinet, and weighs about 17 lb.
