What a great 12 string! Excellent low action. Frets are in excellent condition with virtually no wear. They received a light leveling from Tru-Tone Music in Santa Monica earlier this year.

The finish has worn off a small section of the neck heel (see photos). This could probably be touched up, but it in no way affects the guitar.

This is a fantastic sounding guitar! Unfortunately my acoustic arsenal is full and I have to thin the herd a little bit.
