The Gibson SG Special is the little brother of the Gibson SG Standard, the dual pointed shape cutaways on the solidbody of the Gibson SG Special makes it the trademark of a generation.
This particular Gibson SG Special comes with dual Humbuckers controlled by a 3-way selector switch, 2 volume and a tone, gold tuners with bone nut, chrome bridge and rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays.
Looking at the serial number of the Gibson SG Special we can determine that it was built on Feb. 29 of 1984, making it a bit extra Special.
The Gibson SG Special featured here has some minor finish blemishes, and a scratch just below the controls but electronically she is impeccable and ready to go.
Included with the Gibson sg Special is a Hardshell carrying case also.
