This bass guitar is a manufactured refurbished guitar which means it is like new, never been played. It will have a very lightly stamped "used" mark on the back of the head stock to protect the manufacturer from warranty claims but this guitar has never been played and is guarenteed to to be top notch quality. Each manufacturer refurbished guitar goes through a 5 step quality check program and all work is done by highly trained luthiers that are certified by dealers such as Fender etc.
