Washburn builds acoustics the old-fashioned way -- by hand

Premier Guitar May 2008

Mundelein, IL (May 1, 2008) - Here's an inside-the-factory look at how Washburn handmade acoustic guitars are built. In this clip, luthier John Stover shows us how he frets a D82 and bends the wood for the sides of the guitar.

Washburn makes about four or five handmade acoustic guitars per month, usually with rosewood, koa or maple.
