on 11/18/2009 		Still no fix ? Then the promo should be retracted until you can deliver; unless intentional fault is being used as a lure. It's a shame these methodes are allowed. I think it will actually negate any gain you hope for.

on 10/31/2009 		It did not seem to work for me at first, but I let it sit for a number of minutes and the video began. It was over 5 minutes and was free. Nancy is amazing!

on 10/30/2009 		It worked for me in Firefox and Safari browsers. Sometimes you need to reinstall Real Player or WMV or WMV Mac or get the update. For it to work it needs the plugins for the Browser. Another time I needed to update the Flash player plugin. Note to novices: Computers are updated every 6 months... ya gotta run software update.

on 10/30/2009 		I am a beginner and this is not the first time I have been pulled in by the promise of a free lesson on PG, and each time I have clicked on the link to get it......it does not play!!! The video screen comes up, but there is nothing that will play!! Anyone that advertises free goods, and delivers nothing loses all credibility.
