Okay.. The black and cream Dave Murray Stratocasters are Floyd Rose classics, not American standards. Dave got his first Floyd Rose Classic in 92 (it was red, and you can see him play it in the "From Here To Eternity video.. You can also so H (Adrian Smith) play it during Running Free during the Donington 1992 video) and it was actually the prototype before they went into production, so Dave Murray got the first one ever made.. So he modified the black and cream one with the pearloid pickguard and SD Hotrails. His black strat with dimarzios innit feature a Dimarzio PAF 36th anniversary DP103 in the neck. NOT a Super Distortion (which sits in the bridge position) Adrian Smith's Les Paul is a Les Paul Deluxe which he bought in 1975 for 275 quid, He modified it later with the Super Distortion in the bridge. (It can be seen with a different neck pickup (Not the mini humbucker) if you search for "Iron Maiden in Bremen" or words to that effect on youtube) Adrian Smith's Jacksons are all "copies" of a Jackson Guitar that Grover Jackson made for him for the Somewhere In Time tour. The original guitar has a humbucker (I think it's a dimarzio PAF) in the neck position, not a single coil (You can see Dave Murray playing it in the Rock In Rio dvd backstage) . Janick Gers' black Start is his main one, It's got SD JBjr's in the neck/bridge position and a single coil in the middle. It's a Fender Custom Shop copy of a black strat that the played with maiden back when he joined them in 1990 (It had Hotrails in the neck/bridge position then) .. That guitar was given to him by Ian Gillan in the 80s , but he retired it in the 90s/2000s for sentimental reasons..

Hi, first you should all find your own special guitars, not copy other people. Second don't beg - have some integrity. Thirdly the actual flavor of a guitars sound comes from the amp used, the pickups give it depth and the effects pedals modify it. Finally can't wait to see iron maiden at download 2013 ;) x

Hi Matt Crimmins. Only "two" wishes, eh? You seem to omit the other "wishes" you've been begging for on other forums. A Charvel from DiMartini. A Camo from Zakk. A PC1 from Phil Collen. A Petrucci from John. And who knows where else you've begged for. These all seem to be "guitars of your dreams" as well. Seems like your dream is to get free stuff from multiple celebrities.

Hey Dave, Just a quick question. I am a disabled NYC WTC vet injured in the line of duty that day. As much as I hate to ask, as a matter or pride, Would you consider a charitable donation for myself. My partner passed away in my arms, I suffered a massive heart attack from all the smoke and debris and have emphysema.I only have 45% of my heart muscle still working and my days are numbered and Im only 42. My wife was pregnant at the time of the attacks(3 months) and miscarried blaming it on me for going back in everyday to save lives and rescue trapped victims so she left me. I have proof of everything Ive yold you because of all the scammerrs out there but I promise you Im not one of them. My reason for this letter is to see if you could make a cahritable donation for me to keep my mind off the horrors I witnessed that day and Im on permanebt disability. I had a beautiful Black Gibson Les Paul Standard that I had to sell for lawyer fees and co-pays for doctors and heart medications to keep me alive. Ive been a fan of yours and Maidens since I was only 16 and have seen your shows well over 60 times. I dont know how much time I have left, but everybody keeps shunning me and all I ask for is just a few more quality years of playing guitar. trying to play Maiden( you guys are just out of my league)and enjoying my last few years of life. Should you be able to actually help me obtain the guitar of my dreams, when I do pass, I will be buried with it just because of the greatest band on earth was willing to help a NYC Paramedic doing his job, saving lives. God Bless all of you. Sincerely and Respectfully, Matt Crimmins; NYC/NYS REAMC Paramedic, Disabled NYC Shield#6533 NYS ID # 174277( which has expired due to my disability. 50 Garfield Ave Sayville, NY 11782 USA Mc911medic@aol.com 631-218-8555 If I had two wishes, any wishes, it would be to have my friend back and that beautiful Gibson Les Paul Standard in black. As far as the ex-wife goes, she left me in the worst possibl

@Luiz Alvarenga: Apart from the fact you can quite clearly see the rubber feet underneath the heads that go right to the back of the top one and the handle of the one underneath. They are not fake.
