Glenn's Pedaltrain pedalboard is loaded with an Analog Man Bi Comp, AMT Electronics Astral Tube, Blackstar HT-Dual, AMT Electronics SS-20 preamp, (in the effects loop of the AMT SS-20: Peterson StroboStomp tuner, Analog Man Mini Chorus, Retro-Sonic Analog Delay, and Ibanez AD9 Analog Delay), Fulltone MDV-2, Vox Wah, and TC Electronic Nova Reverb. He says of the setup, "I get my basic clean sound from the AMT SS-20 preamp and many different levels of gain from the different combinations of overdrive and distortion pedals. I can plug this into any tube amp set on about 3 or 4 and get basically the same tones. Also, if my amp fails I can run the AMT SS-20 straight to the board and get not the exact same tone but good enough (not wimpy or cheesy sounding) to make it through the gig."
