Using CNC to route inlay grooves make sense. The actual inlay work is done by hand, though.

The Dragon body is a great demonstration of an inlay MACHINE. These are all computer driven and not as you might expect individually carved by a real artist. They look good, but the cost is actually much higher than the guitar is actually worth bearing in mind the manufacturing process which frankly is achieved on some furniture from around the world.

I attended the PRS EXP for the first time this year and it was AWESOME!! Thanks PRS for doing such a great job!! All the musicians were fantastic. I am a big Davy Knowles fan and I got to meet him, he truley is a nice and humble person. The biggest hightlight was meeting David Grissom and he actually let me play his guitar!! I am trying to order one like he has in the picture. Cody Kilby is an amazing player, he also let me play his aucostic guitar!! Derek St. Holmes was awesome he has such a fantastic voice and his playing is as good as his voice!! He did a session with Andrea Braido that was so good words cant describe. Everyone was so nice and it was such a good time I will be going back next year and be coming home with a Super Dallas amp!! PRS products in my opinion are the best on the market and they keep trying to improve on perfection. Start saving and buy one, they are worth every penny!!

I can't afford one (PSR), but if I could I'd consider buying a handful of there guitars over Gibsons anyday for the mere reason I could never ever afford a Gibson all these years from teen age unto my now turning 50...PSR's are beautiful
