Tim Braun's KEG'r
A lifelong woodworker, Tim started building guitars as a challenge and sells them to his friends. The KEG'r (Kapps Electric Guitar) was his first electric. It's a semi-hollow, set-neck, carved top of his own design built with spalted myrtlewood top and mahogany body. The neck is a multi-laminate with mahogany, walnut, and maple and a bound ebony fretboard. It has Seymour Duncan Seth Lover humbuckers, Volume - Volume - Tone controls with push-pull series/parallel switch on the volume controls, TonePros locking wraparound bridge, and Jumbo Jescar fretwire with semi-hemispherical fret end treatment. Tim says, "It plays and sounds great. Or so my friends tell me...I don't know how to play guitar."
