Love those Alexander James Guitars. Met him at the show, really nice guy. We are going through the processes of my own custom right now.

The show is split into two large conference rooms at the Hyatt: one of electric guitars (with soundproofed booths with boutique amplifiers), and one of acoustics (also with soundproofed module studios). Of the electrics, I got to lay my hands on Mike Potvin's Ranchero Grande Thinline - I've always had a thing for Thinline Telecaster-style guitars - and Kauer Guitars' Daylighter, both of which played amazingly for this non-guitarist. Audio visual hire

Hi, I'm the italian pickup manifacturer who made the floating singlecoil of this beautiful archtop (pickup model name: AERO). I'm writing only to tell you the correct name of my brand: I-SPIRA (not Artisan)! This is my web site: http://www.i-spira.com Thank you. :-)

Breathtaking guitar designs in Montreal, So nice to see the move away from Tele/Strat/Les Paul and PRS designs. They really have just been done to death and back and death again. Phil Collen's first signature Jackson, the Rickenbacker 481, the Washburn A-20, BC Rich Mockingbird, lots of great designs out there for inspiration besides the aforementioned Fenders. Gibsons and PRS overabundance. And beating them up and/or swapping a few parts around doesn't sufficiently add interest either IMHO.

David Antony Reid flying the flag for the UK, who better to do that!? Totally amazing sounding guitars! And they don't look too bad either! They've got one in guitargal Tennessee, well cool tune on youtube ;) Check it out!

This Mirabella whale guitar is just simply stunning. I would love to add to my collection.

The Nik Huber Blue Whale has an absolutely stunning finish on the body. I'd love one without the silly whale inlay on the fingerboard.
