hi, just a correction on photo 4 of 35, it's not made by a Chinese fan. It's made by an Indonesian builder by the name of Ivan Mulia, who made the back plate for an Australian who put up youtube video showing his 'design a jem' design with the backplate and asking to meet Steve. And after meeting the guy, Steve ordered to have the same back plate made for him via email to Ivan. And for the record, Steve paid to have it made, so it's not a fan art. Here's a link to his facebook page https://www.facebook.com/ivan.mulia?fref =ts He also put copies of Steve's email on the page just to prove it, which is his rights. I haven't read all the comments, but you guys should have, and if there are other comments correcting this mistake, you guys should at least have the cortesy of corrected the photo caption.

Photo #12. Notice at the bottom, in the middle of $120k of monitors, amps, and whatever... A single, beat up, $99, Vox DA5, in red. It's a pretty okay practice amp. Bet it gets more use than any other individual amp.

Gonna see him in Anaheim this fall . . . Can't wait. Great pictures. Wish you had shot more "room" pics rather than going so heavy on the guitars. Love the wood ceiling.

What a beautiful guitar room in image 2! One of the nicest churches given over to honor music that I've ever seen. And @ Zetmoon: I have taken my son-in-law to two Vai concerts. He said to me, "even though I wouldn't choose this kind of music, watching and hearing him play is still an amazing experience." There are many things I do not like either, but my opinion of them does not make them "bad." If this kind of thing does not interest you, don't waste your time and ours.
