Designed by session ace Vincent Bell and manufactured by Danelectro, it’s essentially an electric guitar with a special “buzz bridge” and a set of drone strings that made a trippy sitar-esque sound. Clapton owned this one in the late-’60s heyday of raga-rock. Groovy, man.
