“I've always liked the looks and the sound of a Telecaster but hated the look of the Tele headstock, so I decided to make a Tele with a Strat neck,” says Stubb A Dub of his hot rod venture. It has an ash body with a flamed-maple top, maple/rosewood ’70s-style Strat neck, GFS vintage-style Tele pickups and a GFS Xtrem vibrato bridge. The hardware is all black except the neck pickup cover—which will be fixed soon.
