This ash top 5-string bass with a figured sapele back, EMG MM5TW and BTQ tone controls was once a stock Yamaha RBX375 in metallic red. The only original part of Simon Baker’s Yamaha that stayed was the neck (which he loves). He calls it, “Not so much of a hot-rod, but a full pimp-job.”
