PRS Grainger 4 & Grainger 5 Basses
Paul Reed Smith introduced two new basses to their Core product line with the Grainger 4 and Grainger 5 at NAMM 2013. The basses operate both passively and actively, and specifications include a maple top, mahogany back, 34” scale length, 24-fret maple neck, rosewood fretboard, and PRS bird inlays. - RO

Gretsch Center Block Semi-Hollow Guitars
Gretsch brought its new Center Block semi-hollows to NAMM. They feature maple-laminate bodies with a chambered spruce block, Filter'Tron pickups, and the thinnest Gretsch body yet—1 3/4". - SH

Warwick LWA 1000 Class D Bass Head
Warwick unveiled the new 1000-watt (@ 4 ohms) LWA 1000 class D bass head at NAMM 2013. It's designed by Jonas Hellborg, features two channels with independent EQ and compression, and streets for $750. - SH

Source Audio Orbital Soundblox 2
Source Audio brought its new super-tweakable Orbital Soundblox 2 modulation box to NAMM. Just about every modulation flavor imaginable with some extra Source Audio tricks and filters. Pretty good deal too at around $169 street. - RO
