Frankfurt, Germany (August 26, 2010) -- German pedal builders BSP have announced the latest entry in their line of vintage-inspired boosters: the RW-F, inspired by the sounds of Ron Wood.
The RW-F has been specially designed for classical medium power pickups like the PAFs, P-90s, mini-humbuckers, or fat overwound single-coils. The pedal is especially designed to compliment the neck humbucker, which often tends to sound muddy, with a clear sound and warm balance between bass and treble. The RW-F also suits the bridge humbucker, which becomes tight and defined with great punch.
The pedal features a single gain control that enables you to blend from a slightly earthy crunch to a creamy blues to a fat, modern sound. Rolling back the guitar's volume produces an earthy, vintage crunch.
The booster is true bypass and does not include an external AC jack. MSRP: 215 Euros (approx. $280 USD)
