Behringer Releases B115/B112W Wireless Loudspeakers

Press Release

Seattle, WA (March 18, 2013) -- BEHRINGER has expanded its EUROLIVE professional loudspeaker line with the introduction of two new Bluetooth-enabled active loudspeakers, the B115W and B112W. Thanks to their integrated mixers with Bluetooth connectivity and built-in wireless mic option, the ultra-compact B115W/B112W loudspeakers merge cutting-edge feature sets and superb sonic performance with affordability—making them ideal for all live sound applications.

Powered by a 1,000-Watt, 2-channel Class-D amplifier, the B115W and B112W feature custom-designed 15” and 12” LF drivers respectively, and a 1.35” aluminum-diaphragm compression driver. The trapezoidal enclosures are extremely lightweight and can deployed in clusters, pole mounted via the built-in 35 mm socket, placed directly on subwoofers, or even tipped on their side for use as floor monitors.

All B115W and B112W active loudspeakers come ready to stream stereo audio from any Bluetooth-enabled device right out of the box. Plus, with BEHRINGER's breakthrough Stereo Link function, one Bluetooth device can deliver true stereo performance to a pair of B115W/B112W active enclosures without wires.

Both models feature a built-in 2-channel mixer with individual Mic/Line inputs, volume controls and Clip LEDs. A dedicated 2-band EQ, which features an integrated sound processor, is included to help with sound shaping. A convenient Line output is provided for linking additional speaker systems. B115W and B112W enclosures also come "Wireless-Ready" for the BEHRINGER ULM Series digital microphone system (sold separately).

Covered by BEHRINGER's 3-Year Warranty Program, EUROLIVE B115/B112W loudspeakers will be available in retail stores Q2 2013.
