Buffalo FX Introduces Germanium Fuzz and Tonebender MkII

All the classic sounds of a '60s germanium fuzz plus the added versatility of the external bias and pre-gain controls allowing a huge amount of tones.

France (May 17, 2012) – Buffalo Fx is a one man band from France building vintage pedals for the modern day guitarist. The latest two pedals are Buffalo’s take on the classic Tone bender MkII circuit and a revised version of the original Buffalo Fuzz.

Steve, owner of Buffalo Fx says " I wanted to make a fuzz for the 21st century, this has all the classic sounds of a '60s germanium fuzz plus the added versatility of the external bias and pre-gain controls allowing a huge amount of tones. If you ever wondered what a germanium overdrive sounded like then this is the answer."

The Bender MkII is based on the original circuit using NOS germanium transistors but with the added functionality of external bias, tool free battery change, and 9V DC power capable.
