NAMM VIDEO: Dean Gets Distressed

by Premier Guitar

Anaheim, CA (February 2, 2008) - Dean Zelinsky shows us his new Distressed series -- familiar Dean guitars weathered with a top-secret distressing process that gives new guitars a killer vintage look. We tried to get him to reveal the secrets of the process but he wouldn't budge. In this video you see a 77ML reissue and a Soltero with the distressed look.

In case you haven't been to NAMM, this video gives you an idea of what the Dean booth is like. Elliot Easton of The Cars busts into the interview unexpectedly! You can almost read Joe's mind as he's standing there thinking, "Who is this guy? Wait a second, that's Elliot Easton?" Also -- if you've got some Where's Waldo skills, keep an eye on what's going on in the background -- not only do you get a glimpse of some Dean hotties, you'll also see Premier Guitarist online Columnist Mike Campese, Virus from Dope, Nick Simmons and Johnnie Bolin (Tommy's bro). Keep checking back, we shot several more Dean vids and will be getting those up soon, including a piece with Nick and Johnnie -- they collaborated on a new Dean guitar that honors Tommy Bolin.
