Chicago, IL (January 12, 2013) -- Randall Amplifiers is pleased to announce the launch of the new RD “Diavlo” series of heads, combos, cabinets, and pedals.

Diavlo means ‘devil’ in Italian and any dish with its namesake is always the hottest on the menu. When brand manager Joe Delaney and engineer Mike Fortin fired up the first RD Series amp they knew it would be the hottest amp on the market and named it accordingly! From 1 watt to 100 watts and everything in between, the Diavlo series offers the best flavors of all tube high gain tone solutions. Plug in and start to sweat!

Current Models include:

  • RD100H – 100 watt all tube amplifier with 3 channels/boost
  • RD45H – 45 watt all tube amplifier with 2 channels/boost
  • RD40C – 40 watt all tube 1x12 Combo amplifier with 2 channels/boost
  • RD20H – 20 watt all tube amplifier with 2 channels/boost
  • RD5C/RD5H - 5 watt all tube single channel head or 10” combo
  • RD1C/RD1H - 1 watt all tube single channel head or 8” combo
  • RD412 – 4x12 Cabinet with Steel Grill, Randall or Celestion Speakers

Finally, someone who takes the 1 watt tube amp seriously enough to put a decent effects loop on it. Really looking forward to trying out this amp as a practice / home studio tool. It seems to have nailed all the bases for decent high-gain tube tone at practice volumes. Can't begin to describe my disappointment with low wattage M-rsh-ll and Bl-ckst-r amps. Could this finally be a non-toy amp?. Be happy!

You are correct! But the restaurant that I first saw it when I was a kid spelled it wrong on the menu!!! Kinda funny,,, Wait until you hear them!!! especially the 1,5 & 45 watters. CHeers, Joetown

To be honest the correct spelling is "d-i-a-v-o-lo", not "diavlo"!
