I to have been playing for 45 years and recently purchased a Indy IC-l50 the Les Paul model. 1st of all I'll put it up against a Les Paul by Gibson " ANY DAY OF THE WEEK AND TWICE ON SUNDAY" the softer tones out of the neck pickup and the hard bluesy sound from the bridge pickup is the perfect combination, not counting it's looks and style. and IT'S WELL MADE AND NECK THROUGH TO BOOT. The tuners are great and stay in tune. For my money you can't go wrong, the only thing is trying to get hold of service. they have a lot to be desired but, It is a great guitar. TRY ONE AND FIND OUT FOR YOURSELF,GIBSON SOUND AND FEEL WITHOUT THE GIBSON PRICE.

I purchased an Indy SHS Custom electric guitar and it is exactly what I wanted. The action, feel , and weight are great. The sound is great, what I was look for . Sounds great especially when you play electric blues on it. I checked out the Fender Strat, this axe give out a better blues sound .I am a professional guitar payer with over 40 yrs of playing on the road I have other electric guitars. and Epiphone Wildkat fantastic for playing jazz, Michael Kelly Premiere Custom . I was looking at a Les Paul Standard but I found it it heavy to carry around on stage. The MK is just as good, and much lighter On the MK I like where they put the toggle switch IN back of the tone. Te next electric guitar I will be purchasing is a Fender Jazzmaster.
