StageTrix releases the Setting Saver

San Rafael, CA (August 8, 2012) – StageTrix adds on to their products of the “why didnʼt I think of that” category. The Setting Saver is designed to use to save settings on amps, pedals, rack gear, mixing consoles, and Dj Mixers.

The ink is bright green, and lights up under black light, and can be removed by a firm rub of your finger. The Setting Saver is a marker that should be in every musicianʼs tool box that need to remember the settings of any product with a smooth non porous surface. Donnie Spada, guitar tech with No Doubt, The Offspring and 311, said this about the Setting Saver: “Easy to read, easy to clean, no more pieces of tape or grease pens!”

The StageTrix Setting Saver keeps your gear dialed in.

- Never loose a setting
- Super easy to remove, rubs off with a swipe of your finger
- Doesnʼt damage finish
- Fluorescent green ink lights up under black light
- Precise marking of settings.

The Setting Saver has a MSRP of $5.99 and will be available at StageTrix dealers nationwide.

How can this be a highlighter pen? A highlighter will not adhere to the front panel of a guitar amp. I am going to check this out, if it works this will save me a ton of set up time, my Triple Rectifier has a ton of knobs, and combined with my pedal board this looks like a awesome way to save some serious set up time. I checked out their website and they claim a guitar tech for No Doubt is using it already... if it works for a pro, I want it! As for saving money by not buying it, I bet my whole band could use this marker for a year before it runs out. I hope it also works on my drummers stands, that guy takes forever to set up.

$6 for a highlighter pen? Save $4 and go to Toys R Us and buy fluorescent tempera paint. Think of all the money you'll save by NOT buying it (and more gear you probably don't need) from Guitar Center.

Sharpie wouldn't rub off so easy. For 20 yr's I have been using whiteout, the fat little steel point pen one. Leaves a small dot, and scrach's off with your finger nail. I can't believe some of the tours ive been on were the techs for main and support bands have some horror of fat sharpie marks, taped over knobs, or huge pieces of tape with arrows. But if this glows, and it's not a huge dot, it's worth 6 bucks But the whiteout pen it's great, 20yrs of bliss, just a quick look and tweek if needed. No tape over knobs, no cartoon arrows and gaffers tape. Greg
