PG's Chris Kies is On Location at the LA Amp show where he visits with Rikk of DigiTech. Rikk walks us through the latest series of pedals from DigiTech, the HardWire series. All of these pedals are close-knit family of tone chasers with their own expertise.

I have 5 or 6 of these and I truly think they are the best vlaue for sound pedals on the market. My favorites and used by far the most are the regular tuner, the Delay(HUGE bargain for the quality and feature set) Chorus and the CM-2. I had the SC-2 and still have the TL-2 but something about the CM-2 is just magic with my Mesa. I also have some of the most popular boutique pedals Tim, Wampler Pinnacle, Skreddy Lunar Module etc. I personnaly think these Hardwire pedals could go toe to toe in a blind test against any other pedals on the market and hold their own. Plus, they are so SOLID. The knobs just feel and turn like they were designed for NASA. Yep....there might be some better sounding pedals but nothing close in this price range....Outstanding work! When is the fuzz and wah coming out. I need to pick me up one of those phaser first. Addicted to my MXR EVH phase but I want to definitly give this one a try!

I recently added the Hardwire DL-8 and the RV-7 to my pedal board and love everything about them!
